Discover great bargains at The Friends of the Library Book Sale during the Middlebury Fall Festival on Friday, September 19 from 10:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. inside the library and on Saturday, September 20 from 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. outside the library.

List of Crafts On Friday, Sept. 19 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. the Teen Advisory Board is hosting a Mini Apple Fest for ALL ages. Activities include: apple snakes, apple bobbing, making carmel apples and apple dolls, and more.

Join us this fall for “Salsa, Tacos and More: Hispanics in America”. The first lecture will be given by State Representative, Rebecca Espinoza Kubacki on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 7:00 p.m. on the book, “Voices from the Fields” by S. Beth Atkin. Stop by the Front Desk to register and pick up a special copy of this book.

Looking for teen book lovers (ages 13 -18) and struggling readers (grades K-5). Supervised sessions are offered on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. starting October 6. A child meets once a week with a teenager to read and do a small activity which encourages literacy. Contact Kelsey for more information and to register.

Teen Twister Tournament is on Wednesday, September 24 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Teens can register online at Event Calendar in our homepage’s left sidebar.

The library no longer provides headsets for our adult computers. Bring your own or purchase earbuds at the Front Desk for a $1.50. Earbud sales are sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
