Let's Talk About It

Since 1987, Middlebury Community Public Library has been hosting the longest running "Let's Talk About It" series in Indiana. This lecture and book discussion program runs in the spring and the fall of each year. Theme orientated refreshments are provided. Registration is required.

Yak, Snack & Read

Our informal book discussion group meets in the winter and summer. For your convenience, day and evening discussion groups are offered. Books, refreshments and discussion questions are provided. Groups are led by a library staff member. Registration is required.

Foreign Film Festival

Every year the library shows top-rated foreign films on Sundays in the fall. A guest lecturer gives opening comments and leads a brief discussion after the showing. There is a closing luncheon before the last film's showing.

Adult Summer Reading Program

Parents who are readers have children who are readers. The adult portion of our summer program allows any adult to participate in a grown-up version of our teen summer reading program.
