The next Build It Club will be on Thursday, June 12 at 4:00 p.m. for students in grades K thru 5. June's topic is "Bridges" with students starting to build their bridges for the Bridge Building Contest June 15-17. Materials provided. Sign up online at Event Calendar or at the Children's Desk.
Looking for students in grades K-5 who want to improve reading skills. Struggling as well as avid readers are welcome. Supervised sessions are offered on Tuesdays from 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. thru the last session on May 19. A child meets once a week with a teen to read and do a small activity which encourages literacy. Contact Kelsey for more information and to register.
Dial-A-Story: Each week call the library's special phone number 825-2700 to hear a new children's story. It's like having your very own storyteller!
