Develop Your Reading Skills

TumbleBooks Library is a collection of animated, talking picture books with fiction, non-fiction and foreign language titles. See Tutorials tab on the right.

Teen Book Cloud is our middle school AND high school collection which contains over 400 titles including YA/Teen novels, classics, poetry, short stories, YA/Teen audiobooks, graphic novels, and educational videos from National Geographic

Miss Humblebee’s Academy prepares children ages 3-6 for Kindergarten through literacy-strengthening games, science experiment videos, printable craft activities, and more. Parents can monitor kids’ progress through weekly reports.

Student Resources K-12

Students can find lists of Accelerated Reader books here. After they read their selected book, they take a short test on their school’s computer.

CIA: The World Factbook provides information on history, people, government, economy, geography, transportation, military and transnational issues for 267 world entities.

CultureGrams (enter library card number for bar code) provides concise, reliable and up-to-date information on more than 200 countries, U.S. states, Canadian provinces and territories.

INSPIRE, Indiana’s Virtual Library, is a collection of academic databases including magazines, newspapers, journal articles, websites, almanacs, and more.

World Book Online Encyclopedia is the complete reference work along with dictionary, atlas, links, magazines, historical documents, audio, video, and images.
